Our instructors teach with the  knowledge and experience gained from years practicing the art and science of appraising residential and commercial properties.

H. Charles ``Chuck`` Johnson

MSA, AQB Certified USPAP Instructor

Chuck Johnson has been a Certified Appraiser since 1991. He is dedicated to helping clients by providing professional complex appraisal assignments to assist clients in making intelligent financial decisions. His knowledge and determination ensure that every client is treated with high regard. Mr. Johnson is active in the appraisal of land, subdivisions, commercial property, mining property, industrial property, residential properties, farms and ranches. Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree (BA) from Western Illinois University in 1988. He then went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate Degree (JD) from City University School of Law, Los Angeles in 1991. Mr. Johnson is currently a candidate for the MAI Designation with the Appraisal Institute, and is scheduled to graduate from Benedictine University, Mesa Arizona campus with a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) in October 2015. The prestigious CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) credential was awarded to Mr. Johnson in 2014 by NACVA. The NEBB Institute conferred its Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser credential (CMEA) to Mr. Johnson in the fall of 2014. Other industry certifications earned by Mr. Johnson include the Senior Appraiser Designation with the American Society of Agriculture Appraisers, (certified in livestock, farm equipment, and equine appraisal), the Mining Society Association, Member of The American Society of Agriculture Appraisers, and Farm Equipment, and Equine Appraisal from the American Society of Agriculture Appraisers where he is certified in livestock appraisal.

Mr. Johnson is one of a limited number of current AQB Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices Certified Instructors. He currently instructs various complex and non- complex appraisal courses throughout the country. Mr. Johnson currently holds Certified General Appraiser credentials in the states of Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Hawaii and Montana. Mr. Johnson is a recognized Tax Specialist, and Hearing Officer with Multiple Board of Equalizations in northern Arizona.

Chuck is married to his lovely wife Susan. Between them they love their 10 children and 6 grandchildren.

Jeremy C. Johnson

AQB Certified USPAP Instructor

Jeremy attended Mesa Community College and Brigham Young University. He has been in the real estate appraisal profession since 1995 and holds the Certified Residential Appraisal license in Arizona and Utah, and an inactive Certified Residential Appraisal license from Hawaii. Jeremy is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, a Texas Real Estate Commission MCE instructor, a Certified Appraiser Instructor in Arizona, and has been a HUD/FHA roster appraiser in Arizona and Utah since 2006. His teaching experience includes both Qualifying Education and Continuing Education courses for the Arizona School of Real Estate, and Continuing Education courses for Columbia University, as well as McKissock. Jeremy previously served as Vice President of Quality Control & Development for a regional AMC, and is an owner/operator of Precision Valuation Group, in Arizona.

Robert Oglesby

AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, LEED Green Associate

Robert is the owner of a regional AMC and takes a dynamic role supervising all appraisal management operations, including as a quality control reviewer. Active and current in his profession, Robert is also a LEED Green Associate and certified residential appraiser, specializing in the valuation of high-performing and luxury housing.

Robert has vast experience with current underwriting guidelines, appraisal methods, approaches to value, and thorough explanations of the appraisal process. Robert is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.

As an Candidate member of the Appraisal Institute, Robert is committed to continuing education. He participates in many of the courses and professional seminars completing significantly more than the required number or hours to ensure that he is well-informed and current with the ever-evolving real estate field.
